House Rules

- No pets are allowed in the suite and fines could be levied if discovered. - Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. -This is a NON-PARTY home. The owner of the property lives just next door and if they find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given. - Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 3 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund from Braden Equities Ltd. who acts an agent of the property.
