House Rules

- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. This house is in a quiet neighborhood so we have neighbors to respect.
- No pets allowed in the home.
-Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 11 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $249, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
-Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $1500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!
